PK360 Start Cookin' Bundle - Silver 
I’ve been waiting forever to pull the trigger on this purchase. Even though I’m kicking myself for not taking advantage of the July 4th sale, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. The grill was super easy to assemble, is built like a tank, but also somehow seems very refined for a simple charcoal grill/smoker. I’m happy and looking forward to a lifetime of amazing meals!
I'm only a week into having my PK 360; so far, it's the purchase of 2024. I was a bit nervous leaving the comfort and ease of a gas grill, but YOLO—I leaped from the top of the cliff into shark-infested waters. If you can plan dinner knowing that you will grill, heat the coals 30 minutes before you start, and BAM, you're grilling, it shouldn't be that intimidating. We've already used the standard hot and fast setup for lobster tails, pork loin, and chicken thighs, then we tested the smoking setup on a 12hr brisket cook. The meal was epic, and with the quadratic air control system, I could always dial in the temperature within 10 degrees of the target. Lastly, unboxing this aluminum cast beauty is an experience; the design fits that beautiful zone of future vision vs. the postwar era American craftsmanship. Jetson's vibes all day. It reminds you of the earliest manufactured metal airplanes. Inspired by the Junkers J1 monoplane, we're taking flight baby. Bury me with this bad boy.
