Shipping & Returns
Please Note: The following policies may be changed by PKGRILLS.COM at any time.
In some instances, we may show a picture that does not exactly match the product but helps illustrate what it will look like (such as shirts where we only have a picture of one color but we are offering several colors.) In these instances, we will ship you the item you order (even though it may be slightly different than the image). Please check the product information and specs before you purchase.
Orders received before 5:00PM Central Time M-F for items “in stock” will ship the next business day.
- *FREE SHIPPING: We may offer free shipping from time-to-time on a promotional basis on certain products or on orders in excess of a dollar amount identified by us. Free Shipping only applies to shipping destinations within the contiguous United States. Certain items may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly marked. If free shipping is offered, it will only apply to STANDARD SHIPPING. Expedited Shipping, included but not limited to Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Select may not be used for items shipped free of charge.
- All Standard Shipping charges are calculated based on total value of your order and may include any shipping carrier chosen by us.
- Some large or heavy items may require additional shipping and handling charges. If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges we will clearly mark this requirement on our website. In most cases, we charge a “flat” rate to ship these items.
- Delivery to rural or extended areas, special order, & Truck Freight shipments may take extra days to arrive and may incur additional shipping fees. Please contact us for details.
- If an item is shipped and returned to us because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. If an item shipped via truck freight is returned because the freight company was unable to contact the customer, this will be considered a return and our normal return policy will apply.
While we reserve the right to use any shipping carrier we chose, most orders will be shipped by FedEx , UPS or USPS. You must provide us with an accurate street address for delivery. In some instances larger items may be delivered via truck freight. Items shipping via truck freight are clearly marked on our website.
Expedited Shipping Details
Where applicable, all Expedited Shipping charges will be quoted on an order by order basis. These quotes are based on the selected shipping method, distance, weight, dimensions, and the amount of boxes or pieces of the shipment. Orders must be placed 12:00 PM Central Time and “in stock” to qualify. Some items will not qualify for Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping delivery is available Monday – Friday only.
Truck Freight Shipping Details
Items shipped by truck freight will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to deliver your products with no signature, Portable Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused.
ALL SHIPMENT SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. If delivered by truck freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. Please note, signing for your delivery without noting any damages, issues, or inability to inspect the delivery on the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and Portable Kitchens cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces (and leaving a note and/or instructions for the driver is the same as signing for your products in good condition). If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged product, please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package; however, Portable Kitchens cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces for accepted via signature delivery.
International Shipment (Outside USA) & Military APO/FPO Shipment Details
Military APO/FPO Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, as long as the package(s) meet the postal requirements. We will contact you with the final postal charges.
International Orders (except Canada) require special processing. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, shipping address, phone number and items that you would like to buy. With that information we’ll provide a shipping quote. If you approve the shipping quote, we can email an invoice for the full order, including shipping costs, to you to pay online. The order will not be shipped or charged unless it is confirmed by you. You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties that will need to be paid upon delivery. PK Grills has distributors in some countries and we’ll provide that contact information to you. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any international location.
Order shipping to Canada can be placed on our website. That order will include international shipping costs and customs taxes and fees. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
The PK Promise: You may return your new PK Grill & Smoker, PK360 model or Classic model, free of charge, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of sale for a full refund. To request a free return click here or call 866.354.7575. Free returns apply only to grills purchased online at pkgrills.com and shipped to destinations in the continental US. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to overseas destinations at this time. All returns and exchanges must include all of the original parts, components, packaging and manufacturer documentation for refunds to be issued. This policy is in effect for online grill sales ocurring on or after November 1, 2015.
For all other new, unused and resalable PK branded items, you may return them within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free, full refund of the amount paid for the items, less shipping. In the event of an exchange of a defective product, PK will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product. All returns and exchanges must include all of the original parts, components, packaging and manufacturer documentation for refunds to be issued. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification.
