Creamy Tuscan Pasta on the PK300

We are Garrett and Brandon, and we are Smoke a Fatty Barbecue! We are two brothers who love all things barbecue...everything from smoking, grilling, or just cooking in the kitchen. We started out barbecuing in our backyards back in 2017 and it quickly turned into a passion. We love experimenting and making amazing barbecue, food, anything cooked outside and sharing it with others who have the same passion for great food.

Creamy Tuscan Pasta:

This recipe was bomb! It's super simple. What you’ll need:

1 lb Italian sausage

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped

1 cup of chopped spinach

1 cup parmesan cheese

8 ounces of dried penne noodles ( but cook them for the pasta)

First cook the Italian sausage, preferably in a cast iron skillet, or you can smoke the sausage and then brown it like we did.

Once the sausage is browned, add in the heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder and mix it all together.

Once mixed, add in the parmesan cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and chopped spinach.

Finally, add your noodles and let it cook to thicken up the sauce and add some mozzarella cheese on top to make it extra cheesy.

Then you're all done and ready to grub on some amazing creamy Tuscan pasta. This recipe is super simple and tastes like you went to a legit Italian restaurant.
