Marinate 4 chicken breast (bone in or out) in your favorite Italian dressing overnite, in a zip lock bag, turn several times (when you go for that after dinner snack).
Put your charcoal on half of PK grill, leave other side with no charcoal (indirect cooking).
Put on hot grill, brown both sides, carefully, not too brown, it will make meat tough.
Move to other end of grill and open top vents with bottom vent open on fire side direct cook about 15-25 min. Use fork to check, done when it kinda flakes.
mmm-blondes have more fun.
p.s. Brush on some barbecue sauce when done on the chicken I left that out,that makes it blonde.
